Delete Your Data

You can delete your StoryVideo data and account at any time, directly from the app. No email request is required — everything is handled in the app's Settings page.
How to delete your data
- Open the StoryVideo app on your device.
- Go to the Settings page (from your account menu).
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm when prompted.
What gets deleted
When you confirm deletion, we permanently remove:
- your account and sign-in details;
- your stories, scene prompts, and generated videos;
- your project data and any remaining credit balance.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained only where required by law, after which they are deleted as well.
